Join us to pause, reset, and reconnect. Led by Happiness Facilitator Roxanne Houshmand-Howell, each session blends mindfulness, breathwork, journaling, gentle movement, and group reflection to support emotional well-being and joy.
Through science-backed exercises, we’ll explore our happiness chemicals, set positive intentions, master our thoughts, and deepen our understanding of self-compassion—all in a safe, inclusive space free from judgment or comparison. Whether you're recharging or building new habits, you’ll leave feeling more grounded and uplifted.
Bring drinks and snacks and a notepad and pen. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get booked in and settled.
